Originally scheduled for an April introduction, new AMSOIL 25W-40 Synthetic-Blend Marine Engine Oil (WCM) will be added to the AMSOIL marine product family in May. It is formulated specifically for Mercury* motors that encourage the use of synthetic-blend oil. Mercury owner’s manuals actually discourage the use of full-synthetic oil. Since Mercury is the market leader and most Mercury owners won’t consider straying from these guidelines, 25W-40 Synthetic-Blend Marine Engine Oil was developed to help Dealers reach these customers and grow sales.
Additionally, all AMSOIL marine products are being incorporated into the broader AMSOIL marine family. Their formulations and pricing remain unchanged. AMSOIL 10W-40 Synthetic Marine Engine Oil (WCF), 10W-30 Synthetic Marine Engine Oil (WCT), HP Marine™ Synthetic 2-Stroke Oil (HPM), Synthetic 2-Stroke Injector Oil (AIO), Outboard 100:1 Pre-Mix Synthetic 2-Stroke Oil (ATO) and 75W/80W-90 Synthetic Marine Gear Lube (AGM) will receive fresh labels and packaging.
AMSOIL 25W-40 Synthetic-Blend Marine Engine Oil will be available May 2. The remaining marine products will be available in their new blue bottles with new labels as current inventory is depleted.
