New HORIZON® How-To Videos

We encourage Oil Analyzers customers to use the HORIZON sample portal to submit their used-oil sample information to the lab. We’ve made some new HORIZON how-to videos, available at oaitesting.com (How-To>HORIZON How-To Videos), that demonstrate how to create an account, add vehicles or equipment to the account and submit sample information online or through the mobile app. Using the HORIZON sample portal helps ensure all customer data is accurate and makes the sample-receiving process more efficient. Make sure to raise awareness of these videos with your customers who may have questions about how to get started with HORIZON.
