Customer Service Department Reorganized


The AMSOIL Customer Service Department has been reorganized to provide increased efficiency and customer service. Employees within the department are no longer dedicated solely to Dealer/P.C. registrations and renewals, account registrations, internet orders, telephone orders or other specialized tasks. All customer service representatives are now cross-trained in all functions, helping shorten on-hold times, reduce the need to leave voicemail messages and speed the processing of administrative tasks. While these changes are intended to be invisible to most customers, Dealers may notice that most customer-service-related calls are now forwarded to the 800-ordering line, and most emails are now forwarded to the [email protected] inbox.
