Commercial Training: Problem/Solution Selling Tactics

The Commercial Sales Team is excited to continue our series of commercial training sessions. The next meeting will cover problem/solution selling tactics and focus on the beginning stages of the sales process: prospecting, reaching the decisionmaker and learning about the customer. These important steps can help form a long-term partnership with a commercial account. We will also discuss how the new Commercial Program Sales Aid (G3728) can be used in these early steps and introduce good questions to ask your potential customers.
