As explained in the September AMSOIL Magazine, we’ve updated some of the policies governing how to run an AMSOIL Dealership and introduced new ones. New and updated policies are included in the new Independent AMSOIL Dealer Policies and Procedures (G4000). It’s available as a PDF only. Highlights of these changes include…

• New Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
• New 24-store policy
• New succession-planning policies
• Customer Bill of Rights
• New legal provisions lacking in our original policies designed to protect the Dealer opportunity
• New requirement that all Dealers need to accept the Agreement and policies on an annual basis

All new policies take effect Oct. 1, 2019, so please read and understand them. Engaging in normal business activities, such as placing orders or registering customers, indicates you’ve accepted and agree to abide by the new policies. Information previously included in the following documents now appears in the Independent AMSOIL Dealer Policies and Procedures.
