Retail Program Updates Provide New Opportunities

We’re excited to announce additional changes to the AMSOIL Retail Program designed to further strengthen the Dealer opportunity and help you establish more retail accounts. New Minimum Advertised Price Policy
To protect the Dealer opportunity and ensure its long-term viability, we’re instituting a unilateral minimum advertised price (MAP) policy effective Oct. 1, 2019. The MAP policy will apply to all AMSOIL Dealers, retail accounts and resellers serviced directly from a Dealer’s personal inventory. It stipulates that advertised pricing cannot be lower than the current manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).

New 24-Store Policy
We’ve updated the 12-store policy to allow a business with up to 24 stores to qualify for a single retail account to service all outlets.

New Policies to Protect Our Brand
To protect the Dealer opportunity for everyone and maintain the premium nature of the AMSOIL brand, individual general-merchandise/big-box department stores (with a majority of departments that do not align with the AMSOIL product line) do not qualify as new AMSOIL retail accounts.
