It’s hard to believe, but the end of 2012 is fast approaching. Amid the holiday shopping and parties, this can be a very busy time of the year. Thinking about the next 12 months can be a little daunting, but that is exactly what we hope you will take the time to do. Schedule a time to sit down and set your goals for 2012 to ensure you have the time needed to think about this important subject.

Setting goals is a very important step for every AMSOIL Dealer. Noted professional speaker Jim Cathcart once said, "Most people aim at nothing in life and hit it with amazing accuracy." If we don't specify exactly our destination, we have no reason to complain about not getting where we want to go. That is why it is so important to set goals for your AMSOIL business.

We also recommend setting S.M.A.R.T. goals; which means your goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely. Make sure you can reach the goals you set, but they also stretch who you are. It doesn’t make much sense to set a goal that is too easily attained or one that is way out of reach.
